The study was limited to New York City and New York State. Includes the questionnaire, research reports, tables, and an inventory of the Records of the Treasury Department among other subjects. This book is essential for anyone researching federal support of public art during the New Deal. The book was inexpensively produced from typescript originals. There is a selected Bibliography of published and unpublished works.
