Each zone is further divided into Residential, Commercial, Public and Landscape categories.
This fragile volume was designed to educate the public on the wide varieties of modern architecture being practiced in Southern California (circa 1951) and it survives as a phenomenal design object of the era. Alvin Lustig's design and Julius Shulman's photography combine to make a booklet that truly embodies the spirit of the age -- highly recommended.
